摘要

针对传统焊接变形测量方法效率低、测量误差大的问题。本文介绍了焊接变形非接触式测量系统的研究。非接触式尺寸系统的硬件部分由摄像机、镜头和焊接物体组成。对焊接物体的图像进行处理。为了提高检测效率,本文提出了多种算法。上述方法的优点是避免了人为错误,降低了成本,提高了控制线的速度,符合新的生产标准。提高了畸变测量系统的工作效率,取得了较好的测量效果。本文介绍了各种焊接变形测量方法的研究。
