Disabled workers have acquired increased protection through laws, regulations, and policies for the purpose of obtaining or keeping a job. Requests for recognition are now widely encouraged by all public and private stakeholders in the field of disability. We are therefore witnessing, in France, the plebiscite of a real employment standard, that of \"disabled worker\", to govern the work situation of people with disabilities.
