Due to environmental condition PV array is influenced and conversion efficiency becomes low. So a maximum power tracking known as MPPT technique is needed to detect the peak power in order maximize the energy produced. In this paper the development of PV array model, their integration & Simulink implementation are described. MPPT control is beneficial to ensure the output of PV power generation system at the maximum possible power output level. This system consist solar array, IGBT inverter. 摘要

本文利用MATLAB对100kw并网太阳能电站进行了建模与仿真。太阳能、风能等可再生能源提供了清洁、绿色、丰富的能源。随着电力需求的增加,电力故障也随之增加,以使可再生能源能够持续地提供恒定的负荷需求。由于环境条件的影响,光伏阵列的转换效率降低。因此,需要一种称为MPPT的最大功率跟踪技术来检测峰值功率,以便最大限度地产生能量。本文介绍了光伏阵列模型的开发、集成和Simulink的实现。MPPT控制有利于保证光伏发电系统的输出处于最大可能的功率输出水平。该系统由太阳能电池阵列、IGBT逆变器组成。并对电厂的性能进行了描述,得出了相应的特点。
