At the same time, the college student group is the future of the country, so in the background of the era when innovation ability is valued, building the training mode of students' entrepreneurship will be innovative in an all-round way. Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper uses computer multimedia technology to design and build the English entrepreneurship training system, and selects a university with the background of school-enterprise cooperation in our city as the research object to verify. Sixty English majors were selected and divided equally into two groups. Group A used computer multimedia technology for English entrepreneurship training, Group B used the previous way of entrepreneurship training, and used knowledge tests and expert ratings to test the effect. The results show that the entrepreneurship knowledge score of group A is 8.5, group B is 8.2, and group A is 0.3 higher than group B. In terms of entrepreneurship vision and the ability to combine entrepreneurship with English, group A scored 7.1 and 9.2, and group B scored 6.3 and 7.8, respectively.
