摘要

基于高压输电线路两端电压暂态信号的小波变换结果,提出了一种基于单元暂态的高压输电线路保护判据。根据区内故障和区外故障时输电线路两端高频电压瞬变的差异,推导出暂态电压含量比(TVCR)和暂态电压奇异比(TVSR)。提出了利用TVSR的保护判据,给出了保护整定原则。该判据既适用于两头线,也适用于t型线。对不同故障和不同线路类型进行了仿真,对保护判据进行了测试和分析。
