摘要

本文尝试用模糊神经网络(FNN)对综合电力系统进行负荷预测。本文提出的系统采用两阶段FNN进行短期峰值和平均负荷预测(STPALF)。第一阶段FNN处理负荷预测,第二阶段算法可以独立工作以保证电网安全。该技术结合历史负荷数据和天气信息,对工作日、节假日、周末及一些特殊场合的负荷进行准确预测,为电网安全采取必要的控制措施。
