Progressive prostate cancer with metastasis in the urethra: clinical case

Prostate cancer metastases are a major cause of death among men. Almost all men who died from prostate cancer previously had metastases to the bones or other sites, including the lymph nodes, lung, and liver. Urethral metastases are one of the rarest locations of prostate cancer metastases.
