The study uses an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach, a sample size of 142 taken randomly from 221 teachers in all State Vocational High School of Banjar Regency. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability, and the data were analyzed descriptively using path analysis. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析和描述工作满意度、组织承诺和组织公民行为对教师绩效的影响。本研究采用解释性调查法和定量方法,随机抽取班贾尔县所有国立职业高中221名教师142人作为样本。对问卷进行效度和信度检验,并采用通径分析对数据进行描述性分析。结果表明:(1)工作满意度、组织承诺、组织公民行为与教师绩效之间存在直接关系;(2)通过教师组织公民行为,工作满意度与绩效之间存在间接关系;以及组织承诺与绩效之间的关系。
