The output voltage of PVA is increased deploying a boost converter. The output of boost converter is fed to a SVPWM controlled inverter which supplies three phase ac to an induction motor. The investigation unravels the advantage of using PID controller with closed loop converters. Closed loop boost converter control of induction motor drive fed by solar cells
