摘要

提出了一种有效的文本图像偏斜校正角点检测方法。角点检测的思想是基于背景中同一区域的相似特征构建RGB背景映射函数。RGB背景映射功能将目标区域从图像中分离出来并确定角点。最后,利用透视变换根据角点对目标区域进行校正。实验结果表明,该方法能够正确地对图像中的角点进行检测,并在进行倾斜校正后生成易于阅读的文本图像。

A Effective Algorithm for Skew Correction in Text Images
This paper proposes an effective corner detection method for skew correction in text images.
