This study used 32 non-civil servant agricultural extension workers in Serang District as the research sample. The data obtained were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis to find out whether or not the influence of variable working environment and work motivation on the job satisfaction of non-civil servant agricultural extension workers in Serang Regency. 摘要

工作动机是影响员工在工作中的行为和决策的基本因素。而工作环境则应该有利于支持员工的工作。本研究旨在实证研究雪朗农业服务局非公务员外勤农业推广人员的工作动机和工作环境对其工作满意度的影响。本研究以雪朗区32名非公务员农业推广人员为研究样本。对所得数据进行多元回归分析,探讨不同工作环境和工作动机对雪朗县非公务员农业推广人员工作满意度的影响。结果表明,工作环境变量和工作动机对雪朗县非公务员农业田间推广工作者的工作满意度有显著的正向影响。
