In practice, studies show that mobile applications developed by the Brazilian government present several accessibility flaws. Therefore, this paper presents a set of 35 accessibility recommendations for mobile devices extracted and adapted from the e-MAG. Additionally, 12 e-government mobile applications were evaluated based on the recommendations proposed.
