It can be separated into following separate processes: the interior triangles are equilateral isosceles right; then a new algorithm for automatic refinement is presented to deal with meshes near to the boundary. Compared with other methods, the new method can generate meshes with reasonable quality automatically, and is easy to produce FEM code. Also it achieves good quality of mesh.
