In the paper, a reflective fibre optic displacement sensor is firstly introduced for the dynamic measurement of the lubricant film, and then the influence of the reflector shape with regard to the principle property of the reflective fibre optic displacement sensor is deeply analyzed so that the influence of the reflector shape is zero when the curvature radius is much bigger than the diameter of the fibre. So, a fibre optical based dynamic measurement schedule is presented for the lubricant film of slide bearing. 摘要

滑动轴承润滑膜的动态测量一直是人们追求的目标,因为它不仅可以显示润滑膜的动态信息,而且可以为旋转机械的故障诊断提供一种新的途径。本文首先介绍了一种用于润滑膜动态测量的反射式光纤位移传感器,然后深入分析了反射面形状对反射式光纤位移传感器原理性能的影响,当曲率半径远大于纤维直径时,反射面形状的影响为零。为此,提出了一种基于光纤的滑动轴承润滑膜动态测量方案。最后,通过实验验证,表明所提出的反射面形状影响分析方法是正确的,所提出的滑动轴承润滑膜光纤动态测量方案也是可行的。
