Methods of data analysis using Validity and Reliability tests, Multiple Linear Regression, Statistical F Test and Statistical Test t. The results of the study with the F statistical test obtained that e-service quality, price and e - promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on e-customer satisfaction at Grabfood During pandemic. 摘要

本研究旨在分析新冠疫情期间玛琅市电子服务质量、价格和电子促销对电子顾客满意度的影响。本研究采用的方法是定量研究方法,采用数据抽样技术,通过向150名受访者发放问卷,采用有目的抽样技术。采用信度和效度检验、多元线性回归、统计F检验和统计t检验对数据进行分析。采用F检验的研究结果表明,疫情期间,电子服务质量、价格和电子促销同时对Grabfood的电子顾客满意度有显著影响。同时,通过t统计检验,发现大流行期间,电子服务质量、价格和电子促销对Grabfood的电子顾客满意度有部分显著影响。
