随着信息技术的进一步发展,以信息为中心的课堂教学质量提升已成为职业教育的亮点。以《残疾旅客客舱服务沟通技巧》课程内容的课堂教学为例,探讨高职院校以信息为中心的课堂教学设计。主要从教学分析、教学策略、实施和反思四个方面展示了内容信息化教学设计的具体步骤,得出结论:信息化课堂教学设计确实促进了课堂教学改革,提高了教学质量,为高职空乘专业课程信息化教学设计提供了有益的参考。
