摘要

标准化是连锁经营的基本要求,它关系到连锁经营的发展速度和成功与否。计算标准化水平没有得到足够的重视。参考6δ质量管理理论,运用离散系数法,从顾客的角度选取影响连锁企业绩效的关键因素作为评价指标,建立了连锁企业标准化水平的评价方法。将该方法应用于餐饮业,得到了一些有价值的结论,证明了该方法具有较高的应用价值。
