The modeling and control of MMC are applied in terms of the vector current control for MMC converter and optimized harmonic modulation technique. The simulation results shown that the performance of the control systems is into steady state it was suitable for applied for aircraft inverter application, because the control and telecommunication in the aircraft are more sensitive and important in EMI problems. The advantage of the proposed inverter, it generated the output voltage waveform nearly sinusoidal without high frequencies like PWM inverters.
