Government of India announced plagiarism as an academic fraud and unethical due to which the student or research scholar may attract punishment. In this paper, a study has been attempted to evaluate possible approaches to introduce a methodology in Indian education system whereby students going abroad or working in scientific research are protected from the academic code of conduct or copyright issues. A critical assessment was carried out on various imparting factors of education system.
