摘要

法学作为一门实践性很强的学科,其教育目标是使学生在掌握基本理论知识的前提下,能够将所学知识运用到实践中,解决实际问题。随着新时代的到来,社会对法律专业人员的实际技能要求日益提高。这就要求高校在开展法律通识教育的同时,加强法律实践教育,让通识教育服务于实践教育,培养符合职业需要的法律专业人才。在此基础上,本文运用CIPP模型构建法律实践教育评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法计算指标权重,确定评价指标体系。最后,探讨了通识教育向法律实践教育转变的路径,旨在为培养更多优秀的法律专业人才提供有益的参考。
