Firstly, the user experience map is used to analyze the user’s behavior process, emotional process and thinking process during infusion, so as to find opportunities and sort out needs. Then KANO model is used to analyze user needs and classify the quantitative attributes of each need. Then, the Better-Worse index is calculated according to the frequency statistics, and the design key points are summarized according to the results, and the design strategy is output.
