Using spss 16 (statistical package for social sciences) data was analyzed. \nResults: The questionnaires were distributed to 125 participants. ADR reporting form is very essential for the reporting of ADRs. Unfortunately in our healthcare setups, no such reporting forms are available because of lack of ADR reporting system. Healthcare system members should be held responsible for the reporting of ADRs as 43.2% believe they have an obligation to do so. \nConclusion: The inadequacies in the act of ADR reportage could not be really settled provided that the prescribers are approachable of the significance of revealing.
