摘要

牵引疗法是一种常用的治疗颈椎间盘突出和腰椎间盘突出的方法。牵引装置在这种治疗中起着重要作用。最常用的牵引装置类型之一是电动牵引装置。市售滑车的牵引力作用取决于持续时间和受力水平等参数。如果患者在治疗过程中改变体位,牵引力会随运动而变化。本研究采用负载传感器、直流电机和机械结构设计并实现了电动牵引装置。该系统采用单片机控制。本设计的重点是利用传感器的反馈来实现对患者的精确牵引。同时实现了牵引系统比其他牵引装置更便宜。
