Mandiri Utama Finance Makassar City. The population in this study were PT Mandiri Utama Finance employees, totaling 225 employees. The total population used was 68 people which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The data source used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires to the object to be studied. The data analysis method that will be carried out consists of descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study, both partially and simultaneously, indicate that the transformational leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. 摘要
