El consumo de drogas vulnera la confianza que la empresa deposita en un trabajador que transporta pasajeros porque se pone en peligro la seguridad de los pasajeros y del resto de los viandantes, sin que sea necesario que dicho consumo incida negativamente en la conducción ni sus efectos nocivos sean apreciados por los pasajeros.\n\n\nThe High Court resolves that the disciplinary dismissal of a bus driver is appropriate after being subjected to a control by the Civil Guard and the presence of cocaine was detected in his body. Resuelve el Alto Tribunal que es procedente el despido disciplinario de un conductor de autobús tras ser sometido a un control de la Guardia Civil y detectarse en su organismo la presencia de cocaína. El consumo de drogas vulnera la confianza que la empresa deposita en un trabajador que transporta pasajeros porque se pone en peligro la seguridad de los pasajeros y del resto de los viandantes, sin que sea necesario que dicho consumo incida negativamente en la conducción ni sus efectos nocivos sean apreciados por los pasajeros.
