By fitting the relationship between the measured capacitance and the chip output value with the least square algorithm, the error caused by parasitic capacitance of adjacent pins of the chip can be greatly reduced. 摘要

针对微弱电容信号的检测问题,设计了一种基于Pcap01芯片的高精度微电容检测系统。该系统采用STM32F103单片机作为主控芯片。系统硬件主要由Pcap01模块、STM32最小系统模块、系统电源模块和隔离模块组成。系统软件主要包括实现微电容数据采集的下位机C程序、Pcap01与STM32之间的通信以及测量数据在上位机接口上的显示。通过最小二乘算法拟合测量电容与芯片输出值之间的关系,可以大大降低芯片相邻引脚寄生电容带来的误差。实验结果表明,该系统线性度好,精度高。
