It’s based on field research with teachers who teaches in distance learning in different places. The text will be divided into three parts: the first presents a brief history about distance learning from the search for the systematic review, the second is the analysis of the questionnaire applied to the thirty four teachers working in the distance learning and the third provides a reflection through the strengths and weakness of formation of teachers in graduation with an administration technique (strategy planning): Swot matrix. 摘要

本文从远程教育教师的培训过程出发,试图反映出在当代教育背景下,这种教育模式在巩固过程中所面临的挑战、困境和前景。它是基于对在不同地方进行远程教学的教师的实地调查。本文将分为三个部分:第一部分是对远程教育的简史进行梳理,第二部分是对34名从事远程教育的教师进行问卷调查分析,第三部分是运用管理技术(战略规划):Swot矩阵对毕业教师的优势和劣势进行反思。研究数据表明,这些教师在学术培训过程中存在缺失,难以适当地工具化实践工作实践。
