摘要

本研究考察了领导风格和员工忠诚对员工绩效的影响,其中领导风格和员工忠诚为自变量,员工绩效为因变量。这项研究的对象是53名在沃诺里摄政中心工作的员工。数据收集使用人口研究方法(Census)。本研究使用的分析工具为多元线性回归分析。结果表明,领导风格和员工忠诚对员工绩效同时具有显著的正向影响。
