The data was processed by ANOVA and if significant, then further tested with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the rate of 5%. \nResults: The concentration of shallot extract, soaking time and their interaction had a very significant effect on the survival percentage of Mucuna bracteata D.C. cuttings. The highest survival percentage of cuttings of Mucuna bracteata on the effect of shallot extract concentration and soaking time was obtained in the P0Q0, P0Q1, and P3Q2 treatments after the lid was opened at 4 weeks after planting. 摘要

前言:本研究旨在研究小葱浸膏浓度和浸膏时间对苞片麻芥扦插生长的影响。材料与方法:本研究采用两因素的因子随机区组设计(RBD),即:葱提取物浓度(P)为4个水平,其中P0=未经处理,P1= 10 ml, P2= 20 ml, P3= 30 ml,浸泡时间(Q)为4个水平,Q0=瞬时浸泡,Q1= 15分钟,Q2= 30分钟,Q3= 45分钟。数据采用方差分析处理,如果显著,则进一步采用邓肯多元极差检验(DMRT)以5%的比率进行检验。结果:大葱浸膏浓度、浸泡时间及其交互作用对苞片粘虫扦插成活率有极显著影响。在种植后4周开盖后,P0Q0、P0Q1和P3Q2处理的苞片扦插成活率受葱提液浓度和浸泡时间的影响最大。在叶片数上,两因子互作也有显著影响
