There are more than 2.7 million people with disabilities in Ukraine. The realities of today allow us to state the fact that people with disabilities belong to the most vulnerable segments of the population, who are deprived of some basic life benefits. The problems of employment and labor, which need sufficient attention from the state, are also often overlooked. Unfortunately, in recent years there has been a significant increase in the number of people with disabilities in the country. Therefore, the question of the urgent need to study the protection of labor rights of persons with disabilities is relevant. Research methods are chosen to take into account the purpose and objectives of the study, its object, and its subject. In the course of the research philosophical, general scientific, as well as special legal methods of scientific knowledge were used.
