摘要

高压断路器液压机构作为高压断路器的执行单元,是断路器开闭工作的关键保证。因此,可靠地测量和分析高压断路器的开关速度特性是评估高压断路器工作状态的必要条件。本文提出了转速测量原理和标准流程,利用高压断路器测试仪对中国重庆人和变电站和九盘变电站的两种高压断路器液压机构进行了转速测试。然后,通过聚类分析方法,对两个变电站高压断路器的试验结果和故障原因进行了分析。所提出的标准流程和分析方法可为高压开关特性试验提供可靠的参考,为同类试验提供可靠的技术指导方案。
