To this end, a survey was conducted from April 11 to April 29, 2022 on students enrolled in the Department of Early Childhood Education at vocational colleges in Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, and kindergarten and daycare center teachers. The mean, standard deviation, and Cronbach α coefficients were calculated for the final 214 out of 250 questionnaires, and the data were analyzed through one-way random analysis and Scheffe post-verification. As a result of the study, first, the overall average for the image of early childhood teachers was found to be moderate or higher, and the average value of the image of teachers considered by prospective pre-service teachers was the highest. Second, the image of pre-service teachers, kindergarten teachers, and daycare center teachers differed according to their educational background, career, and working institution. 摘要

本研究的目的是考察职前教师、幼儿园教师和日托中心教师对教师的形象,以及他们对教师形象的看法是否存在差异。为此,从2022年4月11日到4月29日,对京畿道、首尔等地的职业大学幼儿教育系学生和幼儿园、日托所教师进行了问卷调查。计算250份问卷中最终214份的均值、标准差和Cronbach α系数,采用单向随机分析和Scheffe后验法对数据进行分析。研究结果表明:第一,幼儿教师形象的总体平均值为中等或较高,其中准职前教师对幼儿教师形象的平均值最高。其二,职前教师、幼儿园教师和日托中心教师的形象因学历、职业和工作单位的不同而存在差异。这些研究结果可以为如何提高幼儿教师的形象提供基础数据,也可以帮助幼儿教师通过树立理想的教师形象,获得专业人士的认可。
