We set the difference between the real temperature and the set-point temperature of the ceramic roller kiln as a feedback signal for each control loop. First the decoupling model was established, then we calculated the coupling coefficients of temperature between the adjacent burners with thermal balance principle, finally the temperature coupling coefficients were employed to decoupling compensate for the outputs of the corresponding PID controllers of each burner respectively.
