This research was carried out in the Serang District 1 MTsN. The research methodology uses qualitative studies with a field research approach that attempts to research or make observations and jump directly in the field. Research on the development of teacher professionalism in Serang District 1 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri is not only enough with theoretical studies but it needs direct research to the location studied, known as observation using a systematic approach. While the speakers who can be used as resource persons include the head of The Madrasa and all Madrasa teachers. Based on the results of the research the development of teacher professionalism through competency and pedagogical improvement can be done in a way, namely: First: Pedagogic Ability; Ability to Understand Students, Ability to Design Learning, Ability to Implement Learning Processes, Ability to Assess Processes and Results, and Ability to Develop Potential Students. 摘要
本研究旨在通过提高教师的专业能力和教学能力来确定雪朗县第一中学教师专业精神的发展。这项研究是在雪朗第一区进行的。研究方法采用定性研究和实地调查方法,试图研究或观察并直接跳入实地。对雪朗第一区Tsanawiyah Negeri Madrasah教师专业发展的研究不仅需要理论研究,还需要对研究地点进行直接研究,即使用系统方法进行观察。而可以作为资源人员的演讲者包括伊斯兰学校的校长和所有伊斯兰学校的老师。根据研究结果,通过胜任力和教学能力的提升来促进教师专业精神的发展可以通过以下途径实现:一是提高教师的教学能力;理解学生的能力,设计学习的能力,实施学习过程的能力,评估过程和结果的能力,以及培养潜在学生的能力。第二:专业能力;可以用掌握研究领域的能力来描述,从教师的教育背景来看,具有学历资格的教师和根据自己的专长和专业进行教学的教师,并具有对学生的能力和了解,通过了解学科类型、组织学科和利用学习资源的能力来掌握教育学习的能力。关键词:教师专业主义,专业主义,教育学,教师绩效
