摘要

本文以台湾建新科技大学计算机科学与信息工程系的实习课程为例,探讨将工作场景学习整合到校本学习中。为因应当前资讯科技服务业务需求所带来的主要趋势和挑战,我们设立了三大类专业课程,即共同核心功能课程和实习课程,以提升学生的就业能力和竞争力。在这个关键时期,我们安排实习生利用在学校所学的知识构建一个信息系统。在整个实习过程中实施了信息安全保护制度,并分析了相关的安全控制措施。可以看出,学生、教师和工程师导师都从这个实习项目中受益,这个实习课程项目通过提高学生的就业能力和竞争力来提升劳动力水平。
