The research was a descriptive qualitative approach. Technique of data collection by interview, observation of participant and documentation. The data analysis was by reduction, display and provided conclusions. The result of this study shows : (1) the transformation of the emotional quotient values which is described in the character values of students, namely: students have empathy attitude to help another, have good selfawareness, have moods and emotions, and have the high motivation and have ability to build good communication with another; (2) the transformation of the adversity quotient values, namely: be patient to face the life problems, self-control, optimistic, resilience, tough, and be strong of life successful; (3) there are the positive effect of emo-tional quotient (EQ) and adversity quotient (AQ) values internalization in students’ character and have good academic achievement. 摘要

本研究旨在更深入地了解雅加达职业学校的教育模式,包括:(1)情商内化与教育学习中的逆境;(2)情商内化和逆境对职业学校学生性格教育的影响。本研究采用描述性定性方法。通过访谈,参与者观察和文件收集数据的技术。数据分析采用还原、显示并得出结论的方法。本研究结果显示:(1)学生性格价值观中情商价值观的转变,即:学生具有帮助他人的共情态度,具有良好的自我意识,有情绪和情绪,具有较高的动机和与他人建立良好沟通的能力;(2)逆境商价值观的转化,即:耐心地面对生活问题、自我控制、乐观、韧性、坚韧、坚强地生活成功;(3)情商(EQ)和逆境商(AQ)价值观内化对学生性格有正向影响,学业成绩良好。关键词:内化,情商,逆境商,职业学校
