And by getting the envelope demodulation using the Hilbert transform, the damping ratio of the system is finally calculated. Under the case that the package of liquid box milk is not destroyed, the change in the quality of the liquid milk can be estimated indirectly with the help of the damping ratio of the system. The theoretical and experimental results indicate that the detecting accuracy of the damping ratio of the system is improved significantly in contrast with the traditional calculation method of the damping ratio. This is due to the application of the additional two filtering process namely, the wavelet de-noising and the Hilbert transform for the envelope. 摘要

为了提高UHT(超热处理)盒式牛奶质量快速检测装置的检测精度,将小波去噪方法应用于液体牛奶盒产生的自由阻尼扭转振动信号。并利用希尔伯特变换进行包络解调,最后计算出系统的阻尼比。在液盒奶包装未被破坏的情况下,借助系统阻尼比可以间接估计液盒奶质量的变化情况。理论和实验结果表明,与传统的阻尼比计算方法相比,该系统的阻尼比检测精度得到了显著提高。这是由于应用了额外的两个滤波过程,即小波去噪和包络的希尔伯特变换。采用该计算方法的盒装牛奶质量检测装置检测结果的分布范围也得到了很好的控制。
