This research uses a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used are unstructured interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Then the technique of collecting informants with snowball sampling technique. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, the stages of this model are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and data verification. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data, the researchers used data triangulation techniques. 摘要
本研究旨在描述现代伊斯兰寄宿学校Al-Kautsar Muhammadiyah Sarilamak Regency of Fifty Cities的独立性建设中的组织文化。本研究采用现象学方法。使用的数据收集技术包括非结构化访谈、观察和文献研究。然后采用滚雪球抽样技术收集告密者。此外,使用的数据分析技术是Miles和Huberman模型,该模型的阶段是数据约简,数据呈现,得出结论和数据验证。同时,为了测试数据的有效性,研究人员使用了数据三角测量技术。研究结果表明,组织文化在伊斯兰寄宿学校独立性建设中的应用,即:1)灌输能够提高学生独立性的伊斯兰价值观;2)为学生开设语言日;3)灌输纪律的价值观;4)提高职业道德;5)培养学生的创业精神;6)设立9个事业部,建立业务独立性;7)建立伊斯兰小额信贷机构,促进社区赋权和妇女独立
