This paper puts forward a control strategy with 3-level structure, based on the hierarchical control theory. 摘要

近年来,随着微电网的快速发展,多微电网(MMG)已成为由多个微电网(MG)组成的新型电网。由于MMG在结构和控制方式上都比MG复杂,因此有必要研究一种安全有效的MMG黑启动策略。基于层次控制理论,提出了一种三层结构的控制策略。此外,本文还设计了一种基于串联恢复策略的并联光伏储能系统黑启动策略。在PSCAD/ EMTDC上进行了仿真,验证了MMG黑启动策略的有效性和可行性。
