It's necessary to study a safe and effective black-start strategy for the MMG, because MMG is more complicated than MG not only in the architecture but also in the control mode. This paper puts forward a control strategy with 3-level structure, based on the hierarchical control theory. In addition, the paper designs a black start strategy based on the serial restoration strategy, for the MMG with the PV and energy storage systems.
