In order to deploy their KRI, TNI AL needs to measure their KRI Maritime Security (KAMLA) capability. This paper aim is to provide a formula that express KAMLA capability of a KRI out of 3 criterions (sensors, weaponry & Platforms) and 9 sub criterions. Fuzzy Weighting method has been used to derived 4 expert preference into formula of criterion weight. The result is KC = 0,45 S + 0,23 W + 0,32 P. 摘要
印尼海军军舰在维护印尼海域的海上安全和法律方面发挥着非常重要的作用。为了部署他们的KRI, TNI AL需要衡量他们的KRI海事安全(KAMLA)能力。本文的目的是在3个标准(传感器、武器和平台)和9个子标准中提供一个表达KRI KAMLA能力的公式。采用模糊加权法将4个专家偏好导出为标准权重公式。结果为KC = 0.45 S + 0.23 W + 0.32 p,有待进一步的工作将公式发展成更详细的准则。关键词:KRI,海上安全,模糊加权
