The conclusion is that the provisions governing the insurance contract could be improved and supplemented with new provisions in order to ensure a higher level of protection of insurance services users, especially consumers, from unfair contractual provisions. Some comparative legal solutions presented in this paper can serve as a good example. The author gives her suggestions and proposals for changing the proposed solutions.
