Principle of the equipment's configuration is demonstrated on B&R automatons in combination with a standard network router. In paper are presented principles of the visualization creation for Power Panel in B&R Automation Studio and software settings on the side of the communication interface OPC (OLE for Process Control). 摘要
本文针对工艺过程的远程监控要求,介绍了PLC和网络路由器的组态原理。一台路由器不仅可以连接经典的模块化PLC,还可以连接具有过程可视化和同一操作PC的PLC电源面板。PLC与操作员PC的通信也可以通过所谓的Wi-Fi无线数据传输来提供。在贝加莱自动机上结合标准网络路由器演示了设备配置的原理。本文介绍了贝加莱自动化工作室中电源面板可视化创建的原理,以及通信接口OPC (OLE for Process Control)侧的软件设置。将所提出的方法应用于间接测温监测系统中。
