This type of research belongs to a kind of pure experiment using a completely randomized design method of one factor. This research was conducted in Kanagarian Gadut Pakan Raba'a Jorong Lareh Nan Panjang Payakumbuh. The research instrument used is organoleptic test format given to 5 expert panelists namely dadiah farmers. The data obtained is tabulated and do Variant Analysis (ANAVA), if Fcount> Ftable then proceed with Duncan test. 摘要
本研究的目的是分析0%、25%、50%和75%的甜玉米替代对水牛奶用量的色、香、质、味质量的影响。这类研究属于纯实验,采用单因素完全随机设计方法。这项研究在Kanagarian Gadut Pakan Raba'a Jorong Lareh Nan Panjang Payakumbuh进行。使用的研究工具是感官测试格式,给予5名专家小组成员,即大稻农民。将获得的数据制成表格并进行变异分析(ANAVA),如果Fcount> Ftable则继续进行Duncan测试。数据分析结果得出综合得分最高的品种,黄色品质为4.00 (X3),品质气味典型达4.00 (X0),甜玉米品质3.33 (X3),软质品质3.80 (X0),固体品质4.00 (X3),甜玉米品质风味3.53 (X3),酸味3.73 (X3)。
