Sub-picosecond gain dynamics in InGaAsP MQW laser amplifiers
We report on measurements and calculations of sub-picosecond gain dynamics in InGaAsP MQW laser amplifiers showing the influence of carrier heating, spectral holeburning and two-photon absorption.
