The whole procedure used two CCD cameras captures the images of metal rubber sample surface subjected to various loadings, using three-dimensions digital correlation technology to analyze pictures. This measurement method has many advantages, high accuracy, non-contact, general illumination and so all, it also solves some previous issues that 2D-DIC can only measure the planar and the camera must be perpendicular to the specimen. Comparing images under each load with the corresponding image of the initial state, it can acquire the whole displacement nephogram, and then the stress-strain will be obtained according to the size of the sample and load, the slope of each set of applied stress versus measured strain data is calculated by least-squares linear regression. 摘要
