摘要

目的研究满足用户需求的智能服务系统的功能配置,并提出改进的研究方法。方法基于用户需求,采用Kano模型对智能服务系统进行功能分类。保留必备属性中的功能,采用两两比较法对一维属性和吸引属性中的功能构建判断矩阵,采用平方根法计算功能重要度的权重,从而确定系统的功能配置方案。以智能厨房服务系统为例,采用模糊综合评价法对设计方案进行评价,从而验证了该方法的可行性。结论从用户角度出发,结合Kano模型在功能重要性分类计算方面的优势,可以方便地区分复杂系统中功能的优先级,为智能服务系统的功能设计提供依据。
