Problems and perspectives of Digital Silk Road in Central Asia

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of the development of the Digital Silk Road, aimed at strengthening digital cooperation along all routes of the new Silk Road. The current situation with providing Internet access and the development of mobile communications in the five countries of the region, the development of e-government is considered. There is an analysis of such areas as the expansion of coverage of communication networks and ICT infrastructure. A brief description of the situation with ensuring information security in the field of ICT is given.
