Therefore, this paper proposed a research design to construct the VirtualSG Model to evaluate user experience (UX) in an Immersive Virtual Reality-Serious Game (IVRSG). This paper offers suggestions for a research design involving a Problem Investigation Phase, Model Development Phase, Model Evaluation and Documentation Phase. Moreover, this paper reviews elements of UX evaluation on virtual reality and serious games.
