摘要

基于拉格朗日方法,建立了考虑直齿轮侧隙、时变刚度、质量偏心和齿形误差的汽车齿轮传动各齿轮通用侧扭耦合非线性动力学模型。提出了一种考虑车辆齿轮传动不同档位动态特性的优化模型。以某型汽车齿轮传动为例,通过Isight软件整合不同齿轮的非线性动态规划,建立其动态特性优化模型,并采用NSGA-II方法进行求解。优化结果表明,常用齿轮的最大啮合力有效减小,而较少使用齿轮的最大啮合力基本保持不变,证明了优化模型的可行性,为改善车辆齿轮传动的动态特性提供了参考。
