The subjects of this study were all PNS teacher in SMPN 2 Tempuran Kabupaten Karawang. This research is School Action Research (PTS) which consists of two cycles, each cycle covering the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data analysis technique used is descriptive comparative. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: IHT can improve the professional competence of teachers at SMPN 2 Tempuran in preparing lesson plans. 摘要:本研究旨在确定在Tempuran, Kabupaten Karawang的SMPN 2中教师能力的提高，以编制通过IHT活动实施学习的计划。本研究的研究对象均为Tempuran Kabupaten Karawang第二中学的PNS教师。本研究是学校行动研究(School Action research, PTS)，分为两个周期，每个周期包括计划、实施、观察和反思阶段。使用的数据分析技术是描述性比较。从研究结果可以得出结论:IHT可以提高SMPN 2 Tempuran教师在制定教案方面的专业能力。从准备阶段到第二周期结束，教师的专业能力不断提高。
